TAGAY-TAGAY in collaboration with FFMA

An Australian Wine and Filipino Food pop-up dining series paired with handpicked wines from 7000 Islands Wine Co. that showcases the distinctiveness of Filipino food when matched with Australian wine. Led by Siegfrid Gueco Bacani, owner of 7000 Islands Wine Co. at the ever popular Pamana Filipino Restaurant located Chatswood, NSW.

Pamana is the first venue, in a series of events which will be held bi-monthly with FFMA. A unique and interactive experience that will have you develop a new found knowledge of a beautiful selection of Australian wines that perfectly balance with Filipino cuisine. 7000 Islands will be hosting the evening and will talk you through the wines and the dishes specifically picked for this occasion, uncovering the thought process that goes behind each pairing.

This evening will be dedicated to taking you on an exciting journey of Philippines cuisine through the perspective of wine. The dining room will consist of long tables so people can interact and enjoy conversations together. Come alone or with others - we can guarantee at the end of the night you will have made a room full of new friends.
